Authentication: Error Codes

Please use this support document to review and lookup authentication error codes.

Error Codes

Account Error: 00001 - USER_DELETED - This account has been permanently removed. Please verify your information or contact support for further assistance.

Account Error: 00002 - USER_DISABLED - This account has been deactivated. If you believe this is an error, please reach out to support.

Authentication Error: 00001 - CREDENTIAL_TOO_OLD_LOGIN_AGAIN - For your security, please sign in again to continue.

Authentication Error: 00002 - TOKEN_EXPIRED - Your session has expired. Please sign in again.

Authentication Error: 00003 - TOO_MANY_ATTEMPTS_TRY_LATER - Too many attempts. Please wait a moment before trying again.

Authentication Error: 00004 - MFA_REQUIRED - Two-factor authentication is required to continue. Please complete the verification.

Authentication Error: 00005 - MFA_INFO_NOT_FOUND - We couldn’t find your MFA settings. Please try again or contact support.

Authentication Error: 00006 - MISSING_MFA_INFO - Verification information is missing. Please start the login process again.

Authentication Error: 00007 - INVALID_MFA_SESSION - There was an issue with the verification session. Please try logging in again.

Authentication Error: 00008 - MISSING_MFA_SESSION - The session for verifying your identity is missing. Please log in again.

Authentication Error: 00009 - SECOND_FACTOR_ALREADY_ENROLLED - This authentication method is already set up on your account.

Authentication Error: 00010 - SECOND_FACTOR_LIMIT_EXCEEDED - You’ve added the maximum number of verification methods. Remove one to add another.

Authentication Error: 00011 - CODE_EXPIRED - The code has expired. Please request a new one.

Authentication Error: 00012 - INVALID_CODE - The code you entered is incorrect.

Please try again.

Authentication Error: 00013 - MISSING_CODE - Please enter the verification code to continue.

Authentication Error: 00014 - INVALID_SESSION_INFO - There was an issue with your session. Please try again.

Authentication Error: 00015 - MISSING_SESSION_INFO - We were unable to find the session details. Please try logging in again.

Authentication Error: 00016 - QUOTA_EXCEEDED - You’ve entered the verification_code incorrectly too many times. For your security, please try again after a short wait.

Authentication Error: 00017 - INVALID_PASSWORD - The password entered is incorrect. Please verify your credentials and try again.

Network Error: 00001 - NETWORK_REQUEST_FAILED - We couldn’t connect. Please check your internet connection and try again.
