Review of Previous Features & Functionality

Profile Center 2.0 has launched: we are excited to announce that our new Profile Center has been released into the application. This marks one of the larger updates we have made to the application in our effort to drive continued efficiency and intuitiveness into the user experience.

With this update we expect that their may be some changes to customer Cyber Risk Exposure due to the profile builder changes as well as supporting software updates for the application as a whole. This is a great opportunity to review your profile for updates and reachout to your Customer Success rep.

Please see our detailed change documentation and guide to Profile Center 2.0 for further information: https://www.x-analyticscommunity.com/post/x-analytics-profile-builder-2-0

Migration of customer profiles: as an X-Analytics customer with a completed profile your profile will be migrated over into our new Profile Center 2.0. There are several sections of the new Profile Center that have seen changes to the questions and we recommend you review, validate, or update these sections:

  • Threat Likelihood - this section has been reset to industry defaults for monthly Industry threat values.

  • Ransomware - net new question on payment of extortions.

  • Business Interruption - our revenue recapture and dependency questions have been updated and reset to default. We recommend reviewing and updating these questions.

This update includes powerful new features, enhanced performance, and a sleek new design to our Profile Center that will make your user experience more intuitive and efficient.
