Trouble with MFA
After entering your email address, password, and selecting Let's go, you are asked to enter six digits from your MFA authenticator. If this is not successful, then you have two options to reset MFA:
Reset MFA using Recovery Keys: You can recover MFA using your recovery keys. This option would require that you documented and saved your MFA recovery keys.
Request Support: You can enter an X-Analytics support request, and the X-Analytics Customer Success team will reset MFA for you.
To request support, please follow the step below.
Step 1: Enter a Support Request
Within the X-Analytics website, please go here.
Fill our the form by entering your first name, last name, company, position, email, and phone number.
For Step 1, select your X-Analytics product.
For Step 2, select MFA Reset.
For Step 3, select if you are a Customer or Partner.
For Step 4, select High priority.
If necessary, add additional description.
Select Send.
Step 2: Wait for Customer Service to Contact You
The X-Analytics Customer Success Team will contact you and let you know that MFA has been reset.
